I’m not a Yolo County native but I’ve lived here for so long that people swear we went to high school together! I’m always asked, “Going to the reunion?” Real Estate has been my lifelong passion. For my 5th birthday, I asked for a hammer and nails so I could start “building things”.
I received my real estate license in 1984 during my junior year at Sacramento State.My husband, Dean, and I live in Central Woodland. We love being a part of this community. We have one son, Joshua, who is currently attending Chico State, and a large dog, Drover.
I love to spend my free time with my family, my friends, and my horses.

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart, Bruce, since 1983. We have 2 beautiful children, Ashley & Adam, who are married to their incredible spouses, Joey & Korynne.

Jenna Choate
I was born and raised behind the Redwood Curtain in Eureka, CA. Growing up as a commercial fisherman’s daughter, I developed a love for the ocean and seafood of all kind. From a young age, I was involved in every type of sport across the spectrum, from ballet to racing motorcycles.
In 2011, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Chico State University. With a strong work ethic, I was able to not only graduate debt free, but also save enough to buy my first home a few months after graduation. Throughout the process, I fell in love with the homebuying experience.
I married my wonderful husband, Patrick, in 2016. In our spare time we love to spend time outdoors with our fur babies, ride bikes and partake in any activity involving a lake or a mountain. His career in Civil Engineering brought us to Woodland in 2017 and the process of buying our second home sparked the wonderful memories I had of the real estate world, so I decided to join it. I am so lucky to be a member of the Homestead 360 family and look forward to helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership.
Savanna Kelly
I was born and raised in Woodland, the little town that I love so much. I’ve always had so much family around me, and it wouldn’t be strange to have neighbors who are family members, which is great! Every nook and cranny of Woodland has its own story and charm. I love being able to explain every neighborhood to my clients so that they can gain as much knowledge as possible when embarking on their journey of home ownership. My real estate career started 5 years ago when I was working in the finance world and took a leap of faith into something that had always intrigued me. I wouldn’t have changed that decision for the world! I take pride in being the expert for my clients in any aspect of homeownership.
My husband and I share two pugs and a French bulldog puppy, as well as our 2-year-old son Otto and our 6-month-old daughter Halo. In our spare time, we enjoy family trips to all the great places that Northern California offers. Everyone’s time is precious, and I hold all of my clients’ needs very close to me. We’re all in this community together.

Stephanie Snyder
I was born and raised in Hollister, CA, a small cow town famous for apricot orchards, earthquakes, and motorcycles. I graduated cum laude from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in English Literature in 2010. After my educational pursuits and a fast paced career in restaurants and management, my husband’s roots led us to Davis where his family has owned and operated Hibbert Lumber Company since 1947.
Once settled in Yolo County my real estate career started blossoming. I began as the executive assistant to a broker/owner/developer, moved on to transaction coordination, and eventually became a licensed Realtor in 2015 and have loved every aspect of the business.
I have been married to my husband Joe since 2014 and we are expecting our first child any day now! We live in South Woodland with our two big crazy dogs, Gracie and Max, and our fat cat, George. We like to spend our free time fishing, tomato gardening, hiking, exploring National Parks and hidden gems, and obsessing over Giants baseball. I’m an avid reader fond of true crime/mystery, and am a former dancer and musical theater performer who dreams of getting back on stage. If I ever retire from real estate some day, I hope to own a bakery/coffee shop that sells pies and books out of a little farmhouse in the country.

I’ve had a wonderfully strange life so far. In short, I was born in the Bay Area but have spent the majority of my upbringing bouncing around Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. After obtaining a B.S. in Neurology, Physiology and Behavior, B.A. in Studio Art, and M.S. in Global Health and Infectious Disease, I found my heart and home in Yolo County.
I was raised in a family of Real Estate Investors and Bankers so I feel like I’ve been in the business my whole life. (Un)fortunately, I was boring rebel and became the Medical Scientist for UCD after spending some time working on Transgenic Technology for Genentech. It wasn’t too long before I realized that there was a reason the family had a strong line of Real Estate-related professionals. We were made for it.
In my free time, I enjoy riding my off-the-track thoroughbred, lounging around with my rescue dogs, and searching for delicious new eats with my husband. I have a home and life full of food, fur, and love. oh, and I’m a huge Potterhead.

While not a native of Woodland I did jump at the chance to move here for a second time when the opportunity arose. My husband and I love the close knit feel and friendliness of this town.
I was lucky to be an at-home-mom for 17 years to our daughter, Anna and am now thrilled to be learning all I can about real estate from the best in the business! In addition to being a wife and mother I was a volunteer at the Monterey Bay Aquarium where I worked with The Sea Otter Research and Conservation group as well as becoming a Certified Massage Therapist and practicing Martial Arts.

Born in Woodland and raised in Davis, I attended Davis Senior High School—Class of 84. I have lived in Woodland for the past 19 years and was very fortunate to be a stay at home mom for most of those years.
My five wonderful children are all adults now with beautiful children of their own who call me “Nana”, “Gramma” and “Bubbles”. I enjoy Pilates, quilting and baking but have a passion for backyard chicken farming. I am very excited to be a part of the Homestead360 Team!
